- 1) How long will it take to activate my account?
- For high speed Internet, it takes 5 working days. For K-touch services, it takes 3 working days.
- 2) Do you provide on site installation?
- We send you the equipment through post Canada. You can install it on your
- own according to the instruction. We also provide phone instruction.
- 3) How to pay my bills?
- You can pay with bank authorization, on-line banking, credit card, check and
- cash.
- 4) May I visit your company?
- You are welcome to visit our office at 100 Boul Alexis Nihon Suite 909,
- Montreal, QC, H4M 2P5.
- 5) What is the cancellation policy?
- You can cancel K-touch service any time without any fee. We ask you to
- return the free ATA-Adaptor as soon as you cancel the service. Your
- unused portion for prepayment will be reimbursed. The Internet service only
- can be cancelled after the contract terminated. Otherwise, a charge of
- $88.00 of penalty will apply.
